Frequently asked questions.

A little clarity to keep things flowing

  • I work best with nonprofit leaders, founders, and small teams who are values-aligned and building something with purpose. That includes public health programs, artists and creatives, grassroots organizers, and mission-driven orgs—especially those rooted in community, justice, and care.

If you're looking for grounded support, clarity, and strategy (not hustle culture), we’ll likely get along great.

  • CreativeStina offers a blend of strategy and support, including:

    • Brand and messaging clarity

    • Project management and operations support

    • Visual storytelling and design direction

    • Systems setup and infrastructure audits

    • One-on-one strategy sessions for founders and small teams

Each collaboration is custom-fit. No cookie-cutter packages here.

  • If you’re wearing too many hats, stuck in a cycle of figuring it out alone, or preparing for a big milestone (launch, audit, grant, board meeting), this work is for you. I help untangle the messy middle and bring structure to your vision so you can move with more ease and intention.

  • Both! Some clients come in for a focused sprint or one-time strategy session. Others stay for longer partnerships that evolve as their work grows. We’ll talk through what makes sense based on your goals, timeline, and budget.

  • Pricing depends on the scope and depth of the work. I offer project rates, retainers, and a few sliding scale options for grassroots efforts. After a quick discovery call, I’ll send over a proposal with clear deliverables and pricing—no mystery math.

  • Not at all. While I’m based in New Hampshire, I work with folks all across the U.S. and the diaspora. Most of my work is remote, but if you’re local and want to collaborate in person, I’m open to it.

  • Yes! You can book a 60-minute strategy session to talk through a challenge, prep for a big moment, or get an outside eye on what you’re building. Think of it as a creative check-in with a systems twist.

  • Absolutely. That’s part of the work. During our first call, I’ll ask some clarifying questions to get a sense of what would be most supportive right now, whether that’s messaging, design direction, systems, or all of the above.

  • Yes — I love cozy workshops and honest conversations about creative strategy, sustainable systems, and the behind-the-scenes of mission-driven work. If you’re putting together a retreat, gathering, or just want someone to hold space for your team, reach out and let’s see what makes sense.

  • Start with a short inquiry form on the Contact Page or email me directly at hello@thecreativestina.com. From there, we’ll set up a discovery call and see what kind of collaboration makes sense.
